Hans-Günther has been able to evolve his biodynamic gardening learning platforms for more than four decades, hands-on workshops in three continents, in six different countries teaching and training novices, intermediate and advanced learners in the biodynamic approach to gardening and healing in English, Spanish and German language.
Based on his initial studies with an education in Germany, in Emerson College and Vermont College and his practical managerial experiences, he created modules to help growers and farmers to convert to the Demeter Standard, to initiate various biodynamic working groups in the USA, Mexico, Spain and Britain.
Central to his consulting work and his wholistic approach, he has trained gardeners and development workers in ‘Integrated Rural Development‘ and landscaping design work; all the while relentlessly studying and investigating into all related subjects affecting the health of the environment, the quality of our crops and our human health.
After four years of practical landscaping and a deep immersion studying all related fields of regenerative agriculture, functional medicine and the sciences, (backing the latest discoveries the with soils and its microbiome to astrophysics and from lifestyle choices and hacks to neuroscience) he conceived the idea of creating a peoples’ university, accessable for everyone and launched the first eight Modules of “Grow Your Own Health” practical and theoretical workshops.
With lockdown in March 2020 these practical workshops were put on hold in many countries.
So, the workshops were transformed into an online format consisting of eight modules, broken down into thirty eight one and a half hour long sessions, supported by a pdf once per week.
People in seven countries still find it helpful to study from the comfort of their own home.

Learning Platforms
Hans-Günther has been able to evolve his biodynamic gardening learning platforms for more than 4 decades, hands-on workshops in 3 continents, in 6 different countries teaching and training novices, intermediate and advanced learners in the biodynamic approach to gardening and healing in English, Spanish and German language.
Based on his initial studies Education in Germany, in Emerson College and Vermont College and his practical managerial experiences, training gardeners and development workers in Integrated Rural Development, his landscaping design and work, his consulting work and his wholistic approach of relentless studies and investigations in all related subjects that affect the health of the environment, the quality of our crops and our human health he created modules to help growers and farmers to convert to the Demeter Standard, to initiate various biodynamic working groups in the USA, Mexico, Spain and Britain.
After 4 years of practical landscaping and a deep immersion in studying all related fields of regenerative agriculture, functional medicine and the sciences backing the latest discoveries the with soils and its microbiome to astrophysics and from lifestyle choices and hacks to neuroscience he conceived the idea of creating a peoples’ university, accessable for everyone and launched the first 8 Modules of “Grow Your Own Health” practical and theoretical workshops.
With lockdown in March 2020 these practical workshops were put on hold in many countries.
So, the workshops were transformed into an online format consisting of 8 modules, broken down into 38 one and a half hour long sessions, supported by a power point presentation once per week. People in 7 countries find it still helpful to study from the comfort of their own home.
